Thomas B. Stephens
He was born in Dansville, VA. He later died on 4-4-1999.

Mr. Stephens was a longtime community volunteer for the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers. He was a native of Dansville, Virginia and moved to Buffalo, New York in 1929. He worked at the Chevy plant for 40 years. In 1982 he was recognized for thousands of hours of volunteering with the Volunteer Activist Award from the United Voluntary Action Center.
Mr. Stephens was 91 years of age at the time of his death on April 4, 1999. He is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
