Her strong stance on addressing issues relevant to the importance of a higher education, the responsibility of African American women in leadership roles, and the impact of negative images and lyrics on youth, has brought audiences to their feet and empowered both young and old to seize the moment, develop a growth plan and realize their full potential.

(CAO), one of 1,000 community action agencies across the country whose mission is to promote self-sufficiency through programs, partnerships and advocacy. Morgan is a former Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant & Stratton College.
A devout Christian, Morgan is a dedicated member of the Elim Christian Fellowship Mentoring Women Leadership program, a Group Leader with the Rites of Passage Ministry, teaching youth the importance of their African-History, life skills and how to live an upstanding life as a Christian and serves on the Pastoral Care Ministry. Compassionate and intuitive, Morgan now shares her pearls of wisdom, creativity and business acumen through her latest endeavor as a sought-after motivational speaker, lecturer and orator for corporations, non-profits and faith-based organizations. Morgan also serves as a Consultant on youth development programming, management strategies and related issues.
