Young, Gifted and Beautiful!  Meet Morgan Williams-Bryant.  Morgan, at the tender age of 30, is a dynamic motivational speaker, former college educator and professional trailblazer at one of the largest human service agencies in Western New York. A proud native of the City of Buffalo, her thought-provoking, eye-opening messages of self-empowerment, sisterhood and leadership has awakened the spirit of her students, staff and audiences since the age of 15.

She has shared her expertise and poetic prowess on topics ranging from personal and professional development to spirituality at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Medaille College, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Buffalo field office, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Eastern Region Conference and dozens of churches throughout the Buffalo and Niagara Falls region including her church home, Elim Christian Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner.  Morgan's prolific gift of "spoken word" has made her a highly sought-after keynote speaker, lecturer and guest spokesperson for various community service organizations, high schools, public awareness campaigns and youth outreach initiatives.  Her strong stance on addressing issues relevant to the importance of a higher education, the responsibility of African American women in leadership roles, and the impact of negative images and lyrics on youth, has brought audiences to their feet and empowered both young and old to seize the moment, develop a growth plan and realize their full potential.

Morgan served as Program Manager of the Youth and Family Services Department and in 2007, was promoted to the Director of Youth Services for the Community Action Organization of Erie County, Inc. (CAO), one of 1,000 community action agencies across the country whose mission is to promote self-sufficiency through programs, partnerships and advocacy. In her short tenure, Morgan has successfully administered nearly $2 million dollars in grant funding for youth programming and in 2008, took the reigns as Chair of the CAO Education Task Force, raising over $80,000 in scholarship funds for college-bound high school and GED students.  Morgan is a former Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant & Stratton College.

A devout Christian, Morgan is a dedicated member of the Elim Christian Fellowship Mentoring Women Leadership program,  a Group Leader with the Rites of Passage Ministry, teaching youth the importance of their African-History, life skills and how to live an upstanding life as a Christian and serves on the Pastoral Care Ministry. Compassionate and intuitive, Morgan now shares her pearls of wisdom, creativity and business acumen through her latest endeavor as a sought-after motivational speaker, lecturer and orator for corporations, non-profits and faith-based organizations. Morgan also serves as a Consultant on youth development programming,  management strategies and related issues.

Morgan is a 2003 graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication.  In 2006, she earned her Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College. In 2008, Morgan was selected as one of twenty-six emerging leaders to participate in the distinguished United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, Inc. Board Governance Program. Recently she was nominated to participate in the Oishei's Foundation Leadership program. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Homespace Corporation.  Morgan is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she serves as 2nd Vice President and is extremely active with various committees.

Most recently, Ms. Williams-Bryant served as visionary for Western New York's first Power of Education Summit featuring world-renowned Education Reformer, Geoffrey Canada, President/CEO of the Harlem Children's Zone, Inc. The sold out event, attracted over 700 attendees and raised over $30,000 in scholarships for low-income students. Serving over 2500 school-aged youth and families a year across Erie County, the Youth Services Department's goal is to take a holistic approach to the growth and development of the youth of Erie County with the goal of promoting self sufficiency. This will be accomplished through academic enrichment, positive character development and youth leadership training in a safe, structured and supportive environment where excellence can be achieved. The agency's youth programs are designed to positively impact academic achievement and safety by providing parents with a reliable option for after school recreation and supervision for their children, while providing them with supervised recreation, academic enrichment, values development, group and individual mentoring, community service, career exploration and motivation.
