Thomas J. Merriweather

Born on 1-16-1905. He was born in AL. He later died on 5-5-1989.

Reverend Thomas Merriweather was born on January 16, 1905. He came to Buffalo in 1922 from Alabama. He established a church in Lackawanna and joined the First Shiloh Church in 1934 where he served as Sunday school teacher. Reverend Merriweather was also a visiting minister, an assistant pastor and the pastor of the Macedonia Baptist Church.

He was 84 years old at the time of his death on May 5, 1989. He is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
