Uncrowned Community Builders

Elveta Lee was the wife of Dr. Robert Lee. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and met Dr. Lee while both attended Fisk University. She taught at local High Schools and also joined the faculty at Buffalo State College. She was a docent at the Albright Knox Art Gallery and was involved in many community organizations. Dr and Mrs Lee were married for 51 years. Mrs. Lee was 73 years of age at the time of her death on July 22, 1998, which was six days after her husbandââ?¬â?¢s death. She is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
