Desiree Boling Watson

Desiree is the daughter of Floyd and Zorie Bell (Mosley) Boling. She is a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and The Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC. Desiree is Founder and President of Wellness Interactive and an award-winning entrepreneur, philanthropist and advisor to corporate C-level Executives and non-profit organizations. She brings together corporations and non-profits to address Community Social Responsibility (CSR).

Watson is a member of the Women President's Organization (WPO) and Founder of the Essex County Chapter. She created the global "Women in Wellness Award" at the Global Wellness Summit which attracts 600 delegates from 80 countries.


As a businesswoman, she has contributed to many women-owned businesses as advisor, mentor and sponsor. Watson is a marketing communications brand strategist who has worked with Kaiser Permanente, AARP, PGA, NBA Wives Association, AXA, Walgreens and a number of women owned businesses to focus on the theme of "profit, people, planet."

Her work has been profiled in Forbes, Newsweek, New York Dailey News and other news media. She is listened to in over 80 countries on the global online media network Voice America. Watson presently serves on the United Nation Association's National Council and the Advisory Boards of the United Nations Association of New York City and the Global Wellness Institute. She has received many awards including Companies Who Care from Commerce Industry Association New Jersey, Top 25 (LWE) Leading Women Entrepreneur, and is a UN Women Metro NY Chapter "Champion of Change." She is the Co-Founder of the Great Women Sculpture Initiative.


Desiree is a New York City Fellow of LEAD NYC and holds a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and communications.


She is the mother of two daughters and the wife of retired Chairman and CEO of Emblem Health, Anthony Watson.
