Tiffany R. Lewis is a vibrant leader and youth advocate committed to the social development of women and girls. Seeing firsthand the challenges young adults face, she was inspired to make a difference. She is a multipreneur serving both the private and public sectors. As the owner of Image Ignite 360 (Certified MWBE), she is a Master Clinical Oncology Esthetician providing health and wellness services to celebrities and professional athletes. Additionally, the President & CEO of Confident Girl Mentoring Program, a non-profit organization that utilizes evidence-based practices to correct racial and gender inequalities, moving girls from at-risk to at-promise. Under the CGMP umbrella, she provides leadership and empowerment programs to over 2,000 girls ages 7-19 in marginalized communities. As a result, Ms. Lewis received a Congressional Record by Congressman Brian Higgins for her contributions to youth services.

Tiffany holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan's School of Social. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Care, Adverse Childhood Experience (ACES), Support for Student Exposed to Trauma (SSET), and Parent Engagement in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Additional training includes Racial Equity Impact Analysis from Racial Equity Institute and Diversity, Inclusion, & Cultural Competence from E.K. Ward & Associates.

Tiffany is no stranger to hard work. She previously worked in city-government writing various policies and legislation targeting youth and communities of color and developed marketing and wellness programs for Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves on several advisory boards and is the Chairwoman for the Erie County Commission on the Status of Women overseeing an advisory board of 13 members, removing gender-based inequities in women and girls.

Tiffany is a recipient of numerous distinguished awards and recognition including the NAACP Daniel R. Acker, Sr. Community Service Award, Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor of the Year Award, New York State Award for Public Policy-Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, Women Making History Trailblazer Award, Buffalo Business First Women of Influence Award, Buffalo Business First C-Level Executive Award and American Spa Magazine Mentor Finalist Award.

With the support of her family and friends, she continues to advocate, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of young adults by challenging them to pursue their aspirations and open their minds to see that the world is much broader and more diverse than their community.
